Here is a little story about a company called sandbag (http://www.sandbag.uk.com) and their funny friends, the really useful group (http://www.reallyuseful.com) – let’s not discuss about this name- , a stupid customer called Linus and money.
First of all, the moral of the story: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THOSE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO GET SOMETHING AT ALL OR AT LEAST SOMETHING NOT BROKEN! May be your experience is better if you live in the UK but from Germany, no thank you…and if any proper lawyer (intl. law) is reading, please get in contact with me.
So, I started by ordering two vocal selection stage books as I am totally into “The Phantom Of The Opera” and I waited…and after two weeks, I sent an email…got an answer which sais I should check with my local post office (interesting enough that this international operating company is sending everything by “normal” mail and has no idea how the postal services in other countries work…but) – so I went there after the second hint and asked and guess, nothing. Some days later, an empty envelope arrived with the note that it was RECEIVED by the German Mail already opened and empty. So I emailed the funny company again and they said (while me insisting on DHL or UPS) they would send it by Royal Mail again. This time nothing arrived at all.
After a couple of well phrased emails we found the solution: I had a IT training in the UK so I would have it delivered to my hotel. BUT, after one week training and no package at all I called them and they told me: Sorry, we decided we do not deliver to you any more as we sent it twice, so bad luck and no refund, lease order again and write an email immediately after you placed your order that you want it delivered by DHL or UPS.
Guess what, I really did that. Stupid me. They sent it out by Royal Mail again! Then they asked me to pay additional 4x British pound if I want it by UPS. At least one completely crumpled book arrived and since that, they do not answer any email….funny, isn’t it? I do not now much about intl. law (but I know a future intl. lawyer, but we talk about this later…) but I know what is right and what is wrong and what you idiots did is completely insane and incredibly stupid! Thank you for that experience!! Really!
So, and as we are writing so much about intl. law, let’s go down to Punam Karambelkar and Vrinda Seddon. One is a liar one is a poor loving mom.
Punam is the liar as she owes me money – around 1300 to 1800 EUR, but she obviously lied so much about that, our friendship, about drugs, alcohol and Indian respect and honesty – not only but also to her mom, that this lovely poor lady does not get back to me any more to get things right.
Well, I do not really care about that money but I care about Vrinda and my friends who Punam betrayed as well. At least Vrinda got better in the meantime and I wish her the best, but Punam, my dear friend, you are trying to get a degree as an international lawyer while stealing betraying and lying? Everybody get’s what he, she or it deserves. Trust me, you will get the results 
That’s it for today, just wanted to write that down so I can take care about more important things…
